The solution was using a flexible base-coat (primer) rolled into all the cracks for a seamless repair. In all cases, the whole house is coated with this primer for a base coat to work off of. Granted, we had to “erase” some of the previous repairs but in the end, the current owner is ecstatic!
It cannot be emphasized enough that Stucco Repairs should not be carried out by anyone less than a professional Stucco Repair Company. Not doing this could lead to big expenses in terms of fixing structural damage.
